Hack a DVD player to make it region free

Thanks to my brother who successfully 'damaged' my previous DVD player, I can no longer watch all my NewType DVDs anymore. And the fact that I live in Singapore meant that all DVD players sold in Singapore are all encoded with Region 3 settings. But now, I'm going to show you how to 'hack' into your DVD player and change the region settings to Code 0 (zero) so that your DVD player can play DVDs from any region, it doesn't matter it's Code 1 or Code 3 or Code 4, as it's programmed to turn off the region encoding function.
