Spaghetti: Cafe Cartel style

Last month, my mother was invited to Cafe Cartel at Bukit Panjang Plaza for late-night supper. It was because one of the aunties at her workplace was not working anymore and that night was her last night of work, so one of their regular customers decided to throw a farewell supper "party" at Cafe Cartel. Among the food they ate was this spaghetti dish that wasn't cooked with the usual spaghetti sauce. Now, my mother is so infatuated that she wanted to re-create it at home. Anyway, she cook I eat.

Cooking the spaghetti.

If you like vegetables, add lots of it!

Sliced green and yellow capsicums and sliced mushrooms too. Try not to use canned mushrooms as the taste won't be that unique.

Minced meat (pork) and chicken.

Cook them and add your preferred seasoning to the mix.

Serve!!

If you don't know how a dish will taste, it'll be best to cook a smaller portion first to gauge if that's the right taste you want. In the event it doesn't turn out well, at least you won't waste a bigger portion than you actually wanted to. Again, comments, opinions and feedbacks are welcomed!!
