Pineapple Rice

Anyway, my mother decided to cook pineapple rice. It was adapted from my ex-school recipe (I took Home Economics as a test subject) recipe and here are the photos:

Chicken cubes and prawns

I choose you...

Prepare cooked Nasi, leave the "kangkang" out of the ingredients list..

And I fry.. And I fry some more...

Turmeric powder. Very important if you want to cook pineapple rice, especially pineapple rice that has yellow colored rice.

What's a pineapple rice without the pineapple cubes?

My mother lovingly placed some nice looking prawns for me to take this photo.

Nom nom nom...
