Eat Tomatoes To Lose Weight





I don't really know how true this is, but my mother swears that it is really effective. Especially if you always look bloated or have a tummy, you can try it out. Before each meal, eat 1 tomato (you can eat 2 if you prefer). It doesn't matter whether you eat it raw or cooked, barbecue, grilled, baked. Please do not eat with mayonnaise or any other dressing as it's fattening and may not even help you to lose any weight at all. If you want to try but can't stand the taste of tomatoes, diced some dill (the cucumber-like pickles which you can find in hamburgers) and eat it along with the tomato. As the dill is really sour, it can really "cover" up the taste of tomato quite effectively. Try it for a week and my mother promise that your tummy will look smaller. Sometimes, when you're itching for something to eat in between meals and the first thing you'll probably think of would be potato chips and the likes of it. Try eating a tomato instead, it's healthier and it's really good for your health and weight in the long run. Remember, don't be lazy at all and think that if you "relax" for a day or two and it won't really matter. You have to continue eating it for as long as you can, and also to continuously keep your tummy trim and slim. If you are a really lazy or busy person who don't like exercising, this is really a good alternative. It's not dangerous to your health and organs like slimming pills does and it doesn't cost you a bomb compared to going to a slimming salon just to pay big bucks to look slim and beautiful. Men can even try it too!
