Before I sleep at night, I must always light a scented incense stick. Actually, it was my mother who started this New Age/Incense sticks thingy when I was the more obvious New Age junkie. But the good part is that, everytime I light one, I managed to fall asleep more easily than before. This is easily bought in Singapore and my favourite scents would be Lavendar, Vanilla and Green Tea. So zen....
