Automatic Typing

If you would like to experiment with automatic writing, click in the white text box below to bring up a curser. Next position both hands over the keyboard and empty your mind. You may close your eyes or stare at the white box on the screen as you wish. Do not look down at your hands. Do not think about what to type. Begin tapping keys as the spirit moves you. Do not worry about whether or not you are typing actual words. Your keyboard is nothing more than a channel through which other entities may communicate. If someone from the great beyond wishes to send you a message, you should be able to make sense of what appears on your screen.
