Grandpa's Birthday

This picture was taken on my grandfather's birthday. He's 90 years old, on his right is my uncle (black tee) where we celebrated my grandpa's birthday. On his immediate left is one of my auntie's eldest son (yellow tee), I don't know whose kid is that coz I haven't visited my relatives for quite some time, no doubt thanks to the small amount of money in the red packet given by them during CNY over the years. And just one week after celebrating my grandpa's birthday, he fell at home (our old home in Tiong Bahru) and was admitted to the hospital (Singapore General Hospital near Chinatown). Apparently, my relatives suspected he must have been changing the water in the fish tank and it wasn't the first time he fell anyway. I don't even know whether he remember any one of us at all, when we ask him if he knew who was who, he simply nod his head then close his eyes and went back to sleep. I've been folding paper cranes for him for a week now in the hope that he will at least get well and out of hospital soon. It really pains my heart to see him lying on the hospital bed, helpless and lonely.
