Four Leaves Cakes are Falling Down..

Four Leaves

Are they oblivious or are they really blur? I have absolutely no idea, but I don't really like the staffs there either. Always giving their customers a stoic face, and even when they say their thanks, it's still with a stoic face. Be glad that I'm currently hating the F&B line, if not, I'll have write a letter and sent off this photo to their management about their lack of alertness.

Serious, their cakes are not cheap and the least they could do is at least look a little pleasant. True that there are nasty customers all the time, but not everyone of them are nasty though. Besides, most times they acted as if they are doing a roaring good business when in fact, they have to come up with gimmicks to sell their products.

I remembered during my cafe days, my boss would always check the camera to see what we are doing, sometimes even at 3:00AM in the morning. Not that she doesn't trust us, it's just that she has "no life" (that's what she claims!!). And if anything is out of place, she'll call and nagged us for as long as she's able to keep awake. Such seriousness in a job is seldom seen or heard of nowadays and it's really sad that retail and service staffs consists of secondary school kids who are only out of make extra money during holidays instead of trying to get some work experience. Yup, and that's where the shabby customer service comes from.

In a sense, the mature, senior and older sales/retail staffs are sick and tired of kids and brats who can't but a sense of pride when they work. And hence, they just kind of fall in the same line, doing the same stuffs and things that aren't and shouldn't be allowed, especially in front of customers. Sigh...
