I'm sure that most of us have often came across advertisements claiming that eye exercises promised to offer improved visions easily. But chances are that, you wouldn't have thought that it works but still decided to give it a try anyway. In this day age when people are getting more dependent on contact lenses and lasik surgery, it is proven that eye exercises and natural therapies are proven methods of improving and at the same time, maintaining one's vision.
But hoe exactly does exercising the eye became the perfect and effective solution to seeing clearly? Most eye problems are actually due to loss of tone located in the eye muscle. With the passage of time, these muscles becomes rigid. And add in the fact that loss of elasticity reduces the ability of the lens of the eyes to really focus at different distances.
