If you take a look at the girl on the right in this photo, you'll notice that she is wearing a school uniform. A Junior College uniform to be exact and her skirt, when standing up, is similar to the length to a mini skirt (well... almost). seriously, when do school girls wear such short skirts now? Does it make them look smarter, cuter? Hell no! School is a place not only for studying and increasing knowledge, but also a place where you give and earn respect. Judging from the short skirts I see now, school's more like a preparatory sleaze house instead.
Why? It's because the shorter your skirt is when you're in school, the earlier you can find a boyfriend and fail your exams. And seriously, shorter skirts doesn't make you smarter at all, don't school girls know that? Respect yourself, keep your skirts to your default length!!
