P/S: I had this dish way before the outbreak of the H1N1 Swine Flu influenza, so I'm pretty much still okay now. In other words, I'm flu-free so please don't stay away from my blog. Anyway, women in confinement would take this dish for health reasons, but men can eat it too!!
