毘沙門 a.k.a Bishamon

When I first saw this tiny little shop's name, 毘沙門, I was thinking, "Where the heck did "天" went to? You see, 毘沙門天 in Japanese, is thought of as an armor-clad god of warfare or warriors and a punisher of evildoers. In Japanese folklore, he is one of the Japanese Seven Gods of Fortune.

And looking at the shop floor, I'd dare say I will not step foot into this shop due to the fact that since the shop space is so awfully small and the price seems to look awfully expensive. Close to SGD15 for a bowl of ramen, the curry rice is even more absurd. If only they had a bigger shop floor, I would have overlooked the price and give it a try

And lastly, as I was thinking to myself again, "毘沙門, 天がない...". Meaning, "Bishamon, with heaven missing..."
