Restaurant Style Fried Noodles

If you thought you could only eat these fried noodles with gravy only at chinese restaurants or during chinese weddings, you're so wrong!! I bought this packet of fried noodles for supper at the coffee shop right where I lived. Ah~ ~ ~ the good life but at home...
